For the first 4 weeks take two 750mg capsules with water before retiring to bed. (2 capsules will provide 975mg of Mastic Gum and 525mg of Inulin prebiotic)Then reduce to a maintenance dose of one 750mg capsule, again take with water before retiring to bed. (1 capsule will provide 487.5mg of Mastic Gum and 262.5mg of Inulin prebiotic)
Please note that if just starting with Mastic Gum and following the recommendation to double the dose for the first 4 weeks, 60 capsules will be required for the first month.
