How You Earn Commission

The following sections explain in detail how you will earn commission as a member of the Healthwize Affiliate Program.

When you join you are given your own online shop with its own unique web address in the following format: www.hwize.com/YourAffiliateId.
The first sale made from your shop during any calendar month qualifies you to earn commission on ALL sales made through your shop during that calendar month PLUS it qualifies you to earn commission on ALL sales made through the shops of affiliates you have sponsored (down to 5 levels within the affiliate network).
All sales through your shop are treated in the same way. It makes no difference who makes purchase from your shop.
If you have made a purchase before joining this will be credited to your own shop as long as you register before the 7th day of the following month and enter the transaction Id of the purchase in the registration form.
Anyone making a purchase from your shop will be invited to join the affiliate program withy you as their sponsor. If they join they are locked into the affiliate program with you as their sponsor. You will then continue to earn commission when they or their customers make purchases from their own online shop.

Commission is calculated from sales made during each calendar month.
You are eligible for commission if your shop has at least one sale during the calendar month in question.
An End of Month Commission Report is sent to each member each month.
The End of Month Report lists all sales made that month through your own shop and through shops that can trace their sponsor line through you. The report shows how your commission has been calculated.
The End of Month Report is sent to the last known email contact address as provided by you.
If you qualify for a given calendar month, you will receive commission on all sales made through your shop that calendar month.
If your customers join the affiliate program, then when you qualify you will also receive commission from all sales made through their shops that month.
As members that you have sponsored into the affiliate program themselves sponsor their own customers into the affiliate program, you will build up your own "affiliate network".
For those months in which you qualify you will earn commission from sales in all shops within your own affiliate network down to the fifth level.
If you make no sales through your own shop during a calendar month then you do not qualify for commission that month.
The cut-off for sales to be included for a given month is midnight GMT on the last day of that month.

Every item sold by an affiliate has commission associated with it. That commission is paid into the affiliate network at the end of the month.
The amount of commission for each product is shown on the Product Commissions page.
The commission for each item sold is split into 5 pots, consisting of 50%, 20%, 5%, 10% and 15% of the total commission on that item.
The owner of the shop that made the sale receives the first and largest commission pot, 50% of the total commission on that item.
The next commission pot of 20% is passed to the shop owner's sponsor, assuming the sponsor has qualified. If the sponsor has not qualified then the 20% pot is passed continually up through the affiliate network until a qualifying sponsor is found.
The remaining 3 pots of commission are passed up the network tree in a similar fashion until all commission pots have been claimed by qualifying members.
As you can see, commission pots are distributed up the affiliate network tree starting with the shop owner. This is how you receive commission from the shops of affiliates you have sponsored into the program (as long as you have qualified for commission that month by making at least one sale through your own shop).
As some affiliates below you may not qualify you can actually receive commissions from sales more than 4 levels below you !
All you do is find customers for your products. They will be invited to join with you as their sponsor each time they make a purchase.

Approximately 10 days after the end of a calendar month the Healthwize Affiliate Program software will be run. It will send an "End of Month Report" email to you.
The end of month report tells you whether you qualified for commission, how much commission you are owed, where that commission came from, and maps out how your own personal affiliate network (people sponsored into the program through your shop) is progressing.

Commissions are calculated in British Pounds and paid within 7 days of you receiving your end of month report.
Commissions are paid by PayPal. If you have given us a PayPal account address we will make payment of commission once your accumulated commission is greater than £1 .
Do not send us your PayPal password. Your PayPal password should never be divulged as this would give the recipient access to funds in your account. We only need your PayPal account email address to be able to pay in your commission.
You are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes due on your commission from HealthWize LLC. You are not employed by Healthwize LLC.
